Curriculum Evaluation |
The curriculum evaluation is a continuous process. The University maintains its high academic standards through curriculum evaluation. This is conducted regularly on subjects being taught in its seven faculties. The University invites experts from the corporate sector and academicians to review the curriculum framed by institutes. They evaluate the syllabus on its current relevance, trends and development in the fields they correspond. The changes recommended are placed before the Board of Studies for approval and then implemented.
The Board of Studies is constituted in each institute and is entrusted with the responsibility of formulating the curriculum. The institutions strive to keep it always at par with those of the best institutions and Universities of India and abroad. Changes in the programmes, courses and the syllabus have to be presented before the Boards for approval. Such approved programmes /courses are then submitted to the Academic Council and the Board of Management for the final approval and then implemented.
